The Antigua and Barbuda Ministry of Tourism and the Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Authority extends congratulations to our hotel partners who have excelled with top scores in the British Airways Holidays - Customer Excellence Awards 2021. 
 
Each year, British Airways Holidays top-reviewed hotel partners are presented with the Customer Excellence Award. Hotels that receive a rating of at least 9.0 out of 10 from customers, and only those that have received a minimum required number of reviews, are eligible. 
 
British Airways Holidays (BAH) top 4% of hotels received this accolade in 2021 – and for many this is their sixth consecutive year, proving an exemplary commitment to BAH customers.
 
Antigua and Barbuda Minister of Tourism and Investment, The Honourable Charles Fernandez said, “These genuine reviews reflect some of the best of the destination and highlights just what makes Antigua and Barbuda so special.

Travellers' happiest memories  during their Antigua and Barbuda holiday are featured on British Airways.com .

A reviewer booked at St. James's Club and Villas reflecting on their happiest memory said "Taking family including grandchildren on an amazing Christmas holiday where the swam with sting rays, tried snorkelling, sailing etc. and had great fun in an amazing location."

Another who stayed at Antigua Yacht Club Marina said: "There are so many! I was excited on the plane to be taking off......I was also happy to arrive and see the view from my room. But I'll upload one of me in a hammock looking out at Nelson's Dockyard."

While a third reviewer booked at Sandals Grande Antigua Resort and Spa said, "We chartered a yacht for a week so we could sail round Antigua and Barbuda.... Amazing."

And another who stayed at Hawksbill By Rex Resorts enjoyed, "The sound of the sea from my bungalow 20 meters from the ocean every night, and the quality of the beaches!"
